Welcome to the Mightora Feedback & Wall Platform (the "Service"), operated by Tweed Technology Limited ("we", "us", or "our").
By accessing or using the Service (located at feedback.mightora.io), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.
1. Description of Service
The Service is a multi-tenant platform designed to:
- Capture feedback and survey submissions from public users.
- Allow wall and link owners to organize, moderate, and showcase submissions.
- Display feedback entries on live masonry boards ("Walls") optimized for presentations or displays.
2. Eligibility & Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws. When using the Service (including submitting feedback or creating feedback walls), you must not:
- Submit, upload, or transmit any content that is offensive, hateful, defamatory, racist, sexist, obscene, or legally actionable.
- Infringe upon any third-party intellectual property or privacy rights.
- Attempt to disrupt, compromise, or breach the security of the Service, its servers, or associated Microsoft Azure infrastructure.
- Deploy automated scripts, scrapers, or bots to submit spam feedback.
- Impersonate any person or entity.
3. Moderation & Content Management
- Moderation Rights: All feedback submissions may be subject to a double-gate approval sequence and moderation queues. Admin dashboard users, Wall Owners, and Tweed Technology Limited reserve the unilateral right to approve, reject, hide, or delete any user submissions or walls at our sole discretion, without liability or explanation.
- License Grant: By submitting feedback or content through the Service, you grant Tweed Technology Limited and the respective Wall Owner a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to host, display, store, and utilize the content for feedback collection purposes.
4. Accounts & Authentication
- Access to the Admin Dashboard requires authentication through Microsoft Entra External ID.
- You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
- You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach of your account.
5. Warranties & Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TWEED TECHNOLOGY LIMITED DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not guarantee that the Service will always be secure, uninterrupted, error-free, or free from data loss.
6. Limitation of Liability
TO the maximum extent permitted by English law, Tweed Technology Limited, its directors, officers, employees, or agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues (whether incurred directly or indirectly), or any loss of data, use, or goodwill, arising out of your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Service.
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and your use of the Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales to resolve any legal matter or dispute arising from these Terms.
8. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted directly on this page with a revised date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
